Interior ReDesign: Rearranging, repainting, re-upholstering, REVIVING your space.

Interior Redesign is a fluid art. A fresh look, a fresh breath into your old things. It can mean rearranging a few rooms, repainting a room with bold colors, reusing old things into new things. Here are a few things to inspire. I’ll be adding more each week and would love to hear your ideas.

 [.] A revived old mirror. In its past life, it was a mustard-yellow mirror. I used brown and bronze paint with some black/tarnished undertones.

 

 [.] Found treasure. An old, discarded Chinese scroll found in a temple in Hong Kong is ‘treasured’ using a cheap frame repainted in black. Background is red vellum paper leftover from a previous project.

[.] Artistic pieces. My friend B. made this bamboo dining decoration reminiscent of Pier 1 style but with more priceless style and creativity.
